You have 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Purple mattress. It can take some time for your body to adjust to a new bed. That's why Purple requires sleeping on their mattress for at least 21 days.
How To Be Eligible To Return A Purple Mattress
To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be clean, undamaged, and have the mattress law tag attached. Photos of the mattress and the law tag will be requested.
Will I Get A Refund If I Return The Purple Mattress?
Yes, Purple will refund the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and shipping changes once the mattress has been picked up.
